credit where it's due

Site Design

I developed the site myself using a blank template on Wix. I set up a 25 point grid and tried to stick with it.

  I built some of the graphics in Wix itself, others I made using Canvas, Powerpoint or Adobe Illustrator. Whatever got the job done.

​

The colors and general feel are inspired by my research of the Bauhaus movement. For me, building this site was a fun experimentation in the spirit of Bauhaus motto "art and technology - a new unity".

Photos + Video

I am by no means the best photographer, but with an extreme amount of concentration and an unnatural amount of luck, I was able to snag a handful of photos to feature here.

 

The really good photos, however, were provided by my some of my talented and generous classmates. Specifically, Remel Hoskins and Katherine Chow took my headshot  featured on my about page and Ellen Kaufman took my headshot featured on my contact page.

I also can't take credit for the video featured on my about page. While I did compile, edit and produce it into the format featured here, the original footage, sound, and draft edits are the work of Katherine Chow, Holly Koch and Remel Hoskins.

Graphics

Many of the graphics featured in my gnovis portfolio were developed by members of the gnovis Multimedia Team. A complete list of design credits for those images is listed below:
