(tac) will provide apparel and accessories that will fall under three main product categories: 1) Performance-driven basics 2) Graphic Expression Apparel and 3) Sustainable Shipping Accessories.

To establish itself as a leader and influencer in design amongst our target consumer, (tac) will pay close attention to the sociocultural and political interests of our specific target market with the LGBTQ+ community. And closely follow generational fashion trends as well as our own customers’ purchasing preferences.

(tac) will continually research, identify and develop sustainable innovations in our field to incorporate new practices as we learn more in this specific area.

 

(tac) will also establish its brand as an ethical leader in apparel manufacturing by ensuring a completely slave-labor-free supply chain.

Our specialty will be providing styles, colors and fits to flatter the both cis female and trans male figures. While casual apparel be our primary product offering, we will also offer some accessories, such as socks and hats.


We will earn profits by selling our merchandise. Our pricing structure will remain flexible, as we will implement suggested retail pricing as well as the standard practice of keystoning prices. Additionally, we will use a value-based pricing structure, which measures the value of our products to our customers such as access, quality, customer service and styles flattering to our target consumer. We will implement end-of-season and holiday sales and multi-buy savings and promotional coupons at strategic intervals, such as annual pride celebrations.​

Assets

(ASSETS)

(tac)'s key assets are its owner, Rebecca Tantillo, who brings tremendous experience, relationships and vision to this business, as well as our creative and design staff, which brings an intimate understanding of our target market’s interests, needs and desires.

Once we launch (tac), our primary asset will be our brand, which will convey style, quality and a sense of community. Our clothes will be designed to meet the high-level needs of self-expression and actualization in our target market.

 

Our guiding principles of sustainability and ethical labor will establish our brand as an ethical leader in the global apparel market. In the long-term, it is this that will separate (tac) from other retailers both nationally and globally.

(Staff RolLS)

(tac)'s success will be driven by the developed talent and creativity of its staff. Launching as a small operation with limited funding will require (tac)'s initial staff to be driven, team players capable of executing a variety of tasks within the organization.
